Follow the garment label
Materials and embellishments vary between designs. Always follow the care label supplied with your garment. This general guide does not replace product-specific cleaning instructions.
Handle gently
Use clean, dry hands. Support the garment when lifting it and avoid pulling on lace, trim or decorative details. Keep fastenings away from delicate fabric when dressing and undressing your companion.
Cleaning
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron or apply heat unless the care label expressly allows it. Before using water, stain treatments or professional cleaning, check the label or ask us about your particular piece.
Storage
Store only when fully dry, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Support delicate shapes and avoid compressing embellishments. Keep the garment away from your companion when it is not being worn.
Check before each occasion
Inspect fastenings and decorative details before use. Do not use a damaged garment or one with loose parts. Supervise wear, keep accessories out of reach when not in use, and remove the garment if it restricts movement or your companion appears uncomfortable.
