How do I create an account?
Sign in with your email address and the one-time code sent to you. Your account is created when you first sign in. No password is needed.
Where can I find my orders?
Open My Account and sign in using the email address used at checkout. Your orders are listed there.
How can I track a delivery?
Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or open the order in your account. Tracking becomes available when the order has been dispatched and tracking details have been added.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the neck, chest and back length before choosing a size. Read the size guide, or contact us for help.
Can I order the bridal demo?
The bridal study is a design preview. Ordering will open once pricing, sizing and production details have been confirmed.
Where can I check delivery and returns?
Our Shipping & Returns page contains the current draft. Delivery times, charges and final terms will be confirmed before ordering opens.
